Strong VW Employee Spotlight: Chip Bryson

Getting to know customers by name is just a small part of the service Chip Bryson provides as part of his job as assistant service manager/service advisor at Strong Volkswagen. Chip joined Strong VW in 2002 after a stint as service manager for a BMW Motorcycle dealer.  He believes treating customers right is the reason he recently received the Gold Guild Service Award from Volkswagen of America.  Take a look at a couple of reviews from customers who recognize Chip’s commitment to quality service.

     “The main reason I buy VW's is because I know Strong VW is going to service them. In almost 10 years, I’ve never had a bad experience there. I bought 4 cars from them already, 2 brand new and 2 pre-certified and they are great from sales to service. Every time I have a concern, Chip Bryson in service has it fixed. Away from the dealership Chip likes to ride motorcycles, builds custom bikes and works with his family training their rescue dog, Riker.
