Because of You, Strong Volkswagen Rocks!

Thanks to our fantastic customers from all over Utah and surrounding states, Strong Volkswagen surpassed our sales goal for 2011 with 1105 new Volkswagen cars sold!  It’s been about 40 years since Strong VW had sales that high.  Similarly, Volkswagen of America had its best year in car sales since 2002, surpassing their goal of 300,000 by over 24,000 cars.   

  

December was a particularly lucrative month for local and national VW sales. We at Strong VW were number 1 in new car sales in the entire state of Utah for all auto makes, beating out Toyota, Honda and domestic carmakers (exclusive of trucks).  Volkswagen of American had is best sales month in December since 1972.

Strong Volkswagen Celebrates a Darn Good Year

Here at Strong Volkswagen, we are celebrating a very successful year with 1000 new VW vehicles sold so far in 2011.  This important sales number was reached at the same time Volkswagen of American sold 300,000 new cars.  Owner Brad Strong said, “We are on track to exceed our best year in a very long time.  Back in 2000 we sold 1009 new cars.  We are very grateful to our customers for selecting Strong VW for their new car purchase.”

The Chattanooga auto plant building the new Passat combined with the ever popular Jetta is helping to drive up VW sales across America. In addition, consumers appear ready to start spending as the economy shows signs of improvement and interest rates remain low. Volkswagen is enjoying double-digit growth in 2011 and projects even higher sales in 2012.
