Designed by customers to use electromagnetic levitation to float just above the road, the recommended car also contains distance sensors that prevent collisions with people, other vehicles, and buildings.

This imagined silver disk-shaped car is a two-seater with a joystick for maneuverability. The fact that it has no wheels allows the idea car to move easily in all directions including spinning on its own axis. Best of all, the Hover Car does not use fuel and produces no emissions! Remember, this car is NOT REAL. It is an idea! But the concept video is so convincing some people believe the car is operational today. Take a look at the full video here. (The video is in Chinese but the visual is pretty fun).

If the VW Hover Car were real, would you want one? How would you change it? In the meantime, why not check out the actual new cars available at Strong Volkswagen!
